RVC provide s a full dedicated Customer Support Service.

Customers are able to call a dedicated Avery IT “Help Line ” and speak to a "real person".

The professional customer support department will provide s full support over the telephone and regularly monitors the performance of all RVM installations online. Customer Services also regularly monitors the performance of all RVM installations online.

Instances may occur where the Avery IT Customer Support Service are unable to resolve the problem over the telephone or remotely online. Should this occur in the Customer Support Service will dispatch an experienced and trained Avery IT Field Service Engineer to the customer's premises to repair the fault and provide any further support on-site

 

Experienced reVend™  Reverse Vending Technicians - Avery IT technicians have undertaken full training with RVC.

Avery IT are experienced in all aspects of reVend™ Reverse Vending Technologies, hardware and software applications.
